Duplicate accounts, accounts registered with false information, or accounts opened to circumvent suspension will be closed immediately, and all funds will be forfeited. Failure to provide requested documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
All personal documents submitted for verification are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms. crs88 reserves the right to close accounts opened with fraudulent information and forfeit any funds or winnings therein.
crs88 accepts deposits via the following methods: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Deposits are typically processed instantly. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and account tier. crs88 does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Players may request withdrawals at any time, subject to account verification and bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. crs88 aims to process withdrawals within 3 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may vary depending on payment method and account status.
First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 may require additional verification. crs88 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing large withdrawals.
crs88 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Players must wager at least 1x (one times) their deposit amount before requesting a withdrawal. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be subject to enhanced due diligence, including source of funds verification.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made by someone other than the account holder) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and fund forfeiture.
crs88 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a 35x (thirty-five times) wagering requirement on the bonus amount. This means you must place bets totaling 35 times the bonus value before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 35,000,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack) contribute 10-20%. Sports betting markets contribute 100%. Togel lottery bets contribute 100%. Check specific promotion terms for exact contribution rates.
When playing with active bonus funds, the maximum bet per round is Rp 500,000 unless otherwise specified. Bets exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and winnings confiscation.
crs88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinating with other players to manipulate outcomes, betting opposite sides of the same event, or using any system to exploit bonus terms. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds forfeited.
Bonuses expire 30 days after activation unless otherwise stated. Unused bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account upon expiration.
All games on crs88 use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer outcomes to ensure fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game. Players agree to play games in good faith and not to use any software, bot, or third-party tool to gain an unfair advantage.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the governing sports body. Bets placed after an event has started may be voided. crs88 reserves the right to void bets on events affected by technical errors, obvious pricing mistakes, or suspicious betting patterns.
All togel bets are settled based on the official draw results published by the respective lottery operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney Pools, etc.). Draw times are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7). Bets placed after the draw cut-off time will be applied to the next available draw.
Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from professional studios. The dealer's decision is final in all cases. Players found abusing chat features, harassing dealers, or engaging in disruptive behavior will be banned from live casino games.
In the event of a disconnection during a game round, unresolved bets will be settled according to the game result. If a game malfunctions, all affected bets will be voided, and stakes refunded. crs88 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device malfunctions, or third-party service disruptions.

The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. crs88 disclaims all warranties including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money and that crs88 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the Platform. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your means.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless crs88, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, crs88's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time of the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw your remaining balance. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements may be subject to bonus forfeiture upon voluntary closure.
crs88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of Terms, suspected fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, duplicate accounts, chargebacks, or any activity we deem harmful to the Platform or other players.
Players concerned about problem gambling may request self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period. See our Responsible Gaming page for full details.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be deemed inactive. Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which crs88 is licensed and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation with our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against crs88.
